Hi everyone, I had a high voltage problem yesterday and the mains tripped out. I got the Quattro back up by connecting the MK3 but I keep getting a low battery warning even though the battery is sitting at 99% SOC and the system won’t run on the batterys anymore only mains power. I have tried even disconnecting the batterys and the low voltage warning on the Quattro won’t clear

Everything should be verified with a digital meter.
The mk3 connected to a laptop or phone will only be reading the inverter information.
Maybe a fuse has blown between the battery bank and the inverter. Or the batteries bms tripped with i rush.
