Low battery voltage warning then inverter reboots when AC is on

Hi, We are looking for help with a VE.Bus System [274], Low battery: Warning error and then the Inverter reboots when we run the Air Conditioner. We did not have this problem previously. We updated all the Victron equipment to the newest firmware version this week and it now has this problem.

We have a Quattro II Inverter, with a BMV 712 hooked to 2- 12V 460A Epoch LiFePO4 Batteries. We have 600W solar using a MPPT charger. And an Ekrano GX as our device to monitor. It also happens when we are connected to the grid.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Since a firmware update resets to standard settings, i guess you had some custom setting before thats now gone
