This morning, I noticed that my system is no longer using DESS, and I am unable to enable it again.
The system has been functioning perfectly for over 5 months as DESS.
I know that is very basic, but often helps trying to reboot first, sometimes even the sequence of rebooting things is required to get it operated again…
I know that DESS executes all logic in the cloud and sends settings/parameters to the Cerbo GX. Yesterday, I rebooted the Cerbo GX but did not realize that the MultiRS also needs to be rebooted.
Looks like in case of any issue, try to reboot all devices first (2-3 times) → main rule
