I don’t see a way to remove their login from VRM.
One user was a group admin. How can I replace him as the admin?
Only an Admin user can replace an Admin.
Was the previous Admin’s account a company mail account? Do you still have access? Otherwise you might have to contact your Victron dealer.
Going forward, you should have a look at how Teams work, and add people to Teams, then add the Team to the systems.
