IP67 borked after firmware update

After attempting to update the firmware on my IP67, the charger is not functioning. Both lights flash and I cannot connect to it with the Victrononnect app. The device lost its name but it is visible via the app. I just can’t connect to it. Both the yellow and green lights flash continually. I need to get my batteries charged ASAP.

HELP!!!

Did you see this thread: IP65 update failed and this website

Yes. I have an IP67 which doesn’t haver a “Mode Button”. So that posting didn’t help me.

Hi Jon,

You can probably connect once you have removed/forgot the device in the phones bluetooth menu.

Hey Thiemo,

Yep I was able to reconnect after deleting the bluetooth entry on my phone and the entry in VictronConnect. I then was prompted to reinstall the firmware update. Then it failed again and then I repeated the process and then it finally completed the update. Then I column’t connect again and I repeated the process a third time and that finally worked and it stabilized.

Thanks very much for the great tip and hopefully this posting might help others.
