Hi I have 4xus5000 pylontech, rs 450/200, Quattro 8kw,Cerbo, a lister ts2 generator running on a used oil mix. I currently have 3kw pv going into the Rs 450/200 and a hydro electric 3 phase pmg which does circa 500w in winter. It is currently connected to a solis series 5 700w grid tied inverter and I can export to my grid. I am setting up my system with the generator on ac1 in, the grid on ac2 in. The idea being the pv/hydro charge the batteries, batteries run the house load, generator kicks in to charge batteries if solar/hydro insufficient, if generator fails grid takes over. When I get more pv I will export via ac2 in. I’ve realised I can’t put the hydro into the rs (by disconnecting Solos and rectifying) so I need to add as a pv grid tied inverter ac coupled. I’ve had information that says put it in ac1 out terminals along with the current cable to the distribution board but also saying to put it on the ac1 in. Given my generator is also on this I am not sure if this would create any conflicts. Just trying to find out what is the accepted wiring for a hydro or same world apply for a wind turbine. Thanks
