Generator and AC couple PV

I have a setup with a 90 kVA Victron Quattro, a Fronius 60 kWp Symo AC coupled, and a generator connected to Input 2. The Cerbo GX is configured to start the generator at 20% SOC. However, whenever the Cerbo GX starts the generator, the Quattro does not accept the generator at Input 2. Can you help solve this problem?

Yes, after reading through this document, i disable LOM INPUT 2 then everything works perfect
