How to re-enable realtime graph in VRM dashboard?

@Biff Checked settings>geneal>Date & Time but to me the UTC time is spot on, and the timezone is correct too: time zone -4,33 year [Alpha Centauri] ;o)

Okay, GX timestamp is a dead-end. I adjusted my GX date to June, and then to March, no difference - VRM uses its own timestamp. Next suggestion is to download the last hour of data from VRM to check their timestamps - if they are correct, but the graphs are not plotting according to time, then I’m more puzzled than ever.

@sunflower I experience exactly the same behaviour . I tried already all the advices with no luck.

I’m convinced that all your, and mine too, are right.

The problem occurred a month ago I think

I believe we have to wait for an update :man_shrugging:t2:

@Biff I know how to download the graph data in the ā€œadvancedā€ section. But the problem I’m referring to is at the ā€œdashboardā€[note]. It seems to me that there is no download button in the dashboard.

[note] I don’t suggest that the same problem exist in the advanced section (didn’t checked). I don’t use the advanced section yet that often and when I look at it it seems to be just a data snapshot, so no updating, but I could be wrong.

@sunflower That’s very odd indeed, because the image that you provided in your original post is from the Advanced section. So go ahead and download a few hours of data from there and take a look at the timestamps in that data. If you stick with Last hour, it will download the spreadsheet directly.

Sorry, I’m wrong. It looks like Advanced graphs because you have no bars. So question is, are the Advanced graphs stuck too?

removed my original reaction

as Biff has already seen that the screenshot was and is from the dashboard.

I edit this post because I did made an incorrect conclusion after I checked the advanced section reports.
I first wrote that the advanced section seems to have the same problem, but after double checking I change my conclusion:
The advanced section reports seems to behave correctly.

Just FYI: below another screenshot of the VRM-dashboard (not advanced section) in this case from the opera-linux webbrowser.
Screeshot is from 16:30h but x-axis is show till 13:30h (13:30h was the moment that I opened the dashboard).
So after opening of the dashboard the graph it is not updated anymore (but a yellow datapoint is shown with actual and correct value - and is updated constantly).

Below a screenshot, that is interesting (in webbrowser of VRM android app the behaviour is the same).

When I hover with my mouse over the last point in the graph.
The accu (SoC) shows min/max 81-83%
But the actual SoC (laadtoestand) is 94% ! (and that is the yellow datapoint value)
