VRM not showing graphs in advance view

HI,
One of the site I track, the VRM advance traces do not show most of the time for every widget. I have fragment of lines in some occasions. Yet, when I hoover over the graph, the pointer gives me data like if the line were white on white.
This happens only with this site. Other sites seem to work. Logging interval was 15 min. Changed it to 1 min and now seems to plot correctly.
Not sure if this is an issue related to VRM new release or something that existed before, specific to the site I am watching today.

When I analyze the cursor data when no line are displayed, I can see a data point every 15 min as per GX previous setting . When a segment of line exit, the time stamps for both ends of the segment are less than 15 min apart. It seems that VRM interprets the 15 min gap as lack of communication???

System (use Cerbo GX) has been working for over a year just fine and now it wont show the data from advanced view in VRM app or when i check online using browser

Dashboard shows all data (Voltage / currents / temps al fine in real time

If I look at 7 days it will show data but if I select today it wont show any data - however moving cursor data is present so it seems like a graphing error?

I did try a cerbo reboot and also connected it to ethernet as well as wifi to no difference

I am having this issue also. Yesterday all graphs were fine. Today they’re not. Same as you, I can slide the cursor around the graph, and it will indicate the data exists but is not showing up. Depending on the time range I select, some graphs show dotted lines, some show small periods of data with gaps between them and some don’t show anything. I rebooted (RPi/VenusOS 3.52) and no change.

I have the same problem as Vocoder. Working fine last night, but today it is showing scattered values if anything less than 1 week of data is selected.

Me too! I thought it was my messing around with Node Red, but apparently not!

Having the same issue at all our 11 Installations.

Looking like this:

Same here !

Have the same issue - also on 15m plot

I am not seeing this effect on any of my installations. Probably something fishy with the VRM servers, but why would it show up only on some users?

J’ai le même problème, cela semble venir de la mise à jour de VRM, car hier tout était bon.
Comment on réduit le pas de 15 mn à 1 mn ?

I have a problem with the VRM widgets that display trends. They all have partially missing lines, does anyone else have the same issue?
See attachments.

I have the same issue (

Also same issue since yesterday:

Anyone out there notice that the graphs seem to be broken on the VRM Portal? If I hover over the graph, I can still see the individual data points so the data is there but the graphing feature seems to have stopped. I’ve verified this issue on Chrome running on Windows and an Ubuntu 24.04 system as well as on a iPhone running Safari. Attached is a screenshot showing a mouse hover where a couple of data points are present but no graphing is displayed.

Is the issue to do with automatic firmware updating?

Have you/anyone noticed the firmware change yesterday?

Hello everyone,

The problem should be now fixed.

Apologies for the inconveniences created and thank you for reporting!
