@Lucian are you able to look into this? On the Dashboard, the top diagram, the Now bar automatically moves with the time. The bottom two diagrams, the vertical Now bar in the bottom two diagrams are not automatically update. I always need to do a complete screen refresh.
Just tested if the same situation happens on the beta version of the VRM portal and I can confirm the issue is still there.
After some time, when getting back to the VRM portal, the top diagram automatically updates the “Now” vertical bar, the bottom two diagrams not. You always need to refresh the screen to get the “Now” bar updated. @Lucian (if you are the right person) can this be added to the list of issue to be updated in a next release?
I can confirm that on the Beta VRM portal, this issue has been fixed. The vertical bars are updated according to the time. Thanks for addressing this. Next is to push this into the release indeed, but that will come by time.
@Lucian FYI, if you want to go for perfection! Got into the office this morning, the browser with multiple tab pages was still open (I never shutdown my mac book) and I clicked on the VRM Beta tab page. The top diagram was perfectly updated, the “Now” bar was moved to today and the correct hour. But the bottom two diagrams where not updated. Probably because it is a new day.
Conclusion: during the same day the “Now” bar of the bottom two is being updated correctly as it is on the same day, but when it is on a different day, they are not updated accordingly. A refresh of the entire page solves the issue of course.
Hi @RGroothuis,
The fix is live.
As for the time range for the graph not updating when the day changes, this can be fixed by clicking the “>” button to move one day forward, or like you said, refresh the page. For this reason, fixing this is not a pressing concern so we probably won’t solve it in this release.
However, we thank you for letting us know!
Kind regards,
Lucian
