I have just put in a victron quattro 48/15000 and mppt inventors with the GX. I can not make the gx show the grid power it just shows no grid even on pass through, it is working as it should when battery’s get low it switches over and then back when the battery’s are charged off panels. i have ever thing on the new software up date and i have looked at ever setting and cant find how to make it show. What is the secret setting im missing as the suppler has no clue. Thanks
What GX device do you have, and what port is the Quattro connected to? A large number of these sorts of errors arise from connecting the VE.Bus product to a port other than a VE.Bus port on the GX device.
Where does the other VE.Bus cable go?
I’ll note that aftermarket RJ45 cables don’t always work, could be worth trying a different one or a Victron RJ45 to be sure, but you only mentioned one VE.Bus product (the inverter), thus my question about what’s plugged into the second VE.Bus port.
it goes to the mk3 adapter, I can try their plug but it shows everything but the grid so would think its working? plus the mppts
Why is there an MK3 connected to the Cerbo, are you running a different VE.Bus system that’s connected through it? You might try disconnecting the MK3 and then rebooting the Cerbo, I’ve certainly seen Cerbos act oddly with MK3s connected to them, could be worth a shot trying the system without it.
i will try unplugging it. and no other ve systems, the diagram show plugging it in to the gx so that’s what i did.
i have tried all the suggestions no change
