I have a Multiplus II 48/3000/35 with a relatively new (2025) Cerbo GX

Do you have a grid meter?
If not then set it up in system set up to do the metering with the inverter/charger.
What Firmware are you running on your Cerbo?
Some of us, including me, had this issue with Firmwareversions <3.7x. Most of us reported, that it will disapear within a few minutes without restart.
After update to 3.7, and later to 3.71 this seem to be solved, at least I did not recognize it for a few weeks now.
Running 3.7 currently, will try and update.
Just changed it to invertor /charger will see how this all works over the next couple of days.
Thanks
What grid meter do you have?
On my devices page it says Grid Meter “ Not Connected” and I can’t seem to get into that page remotely to adjust.
I do have a product called Wattsonic.
Currently my invertor / charger is in Pass thru mode, and battery not charging so when I tried to change the Grid meter to Invertor/Charger I can’t change that back right now for some reason?
So it’s not a victron EM? You’re using a third party device - did you load drivers/modifications for it? Or are you using virtual meters?
If the meter has disconnected it explains the error and why you can’t access it any longer.
My grid meter is an EM24. Firmware version 3. I haven’t updated it. I just noticed there was another one in the device list that was last connected over 2 years ago, so have deleted that one.
Ok. Best get it updated. If the gx can’t see it then there’s a comms issue of some sort.
I have updated the Cerbo at least to 3.72 and will monitor. Will check others and update when I can connect directly.
Appreciate the support.
Thanks
