Fixes for text on victronenergy.com pages - who deals with these?

Is there something like “@ victron webmasters” or similar that we can send fixes to for text in pages where there are mistakes?

I’m not referring to factual errors or opinions, i’m talking about typos, grammar, missing words, or unfortunately phrased statements that will trip up a reader who isn’t already familiar with the feature.

Just use the Community feedback section.
If I am wrong, maybe Guy @guystewart could just point us in the right direction.

It would be great to find out what format would be easiest for the staff that actually have to do the fixes.
Having been a web admin, a dev, and a db admin, we sometimes got a dump of update requests/fixes in the format of “photo of screens, with overlay highlighter” and it was a nightmare, compared to other updates in a spreadsheet with urls and “wrong text” to search/replace for, and this was a dream - same amount of effort for the bug reporter, much less effort for us.

Hi @RoarPowerNZ, what Alex suggests is the best method.

@ mentioning my name in there as well too please.

As for what the best method is, it really depends specifically on what the issue is. There are several systems, some I can do directly myself, others I need to refer on to other administrators.

Best way is to just start reporting and then as I go I can give more precise feedback on how it could be more efficient if necessary.

Grabbing text from pixels in screenshots is no issue these days.
