Expanding PV - issues with DVCC charging/discharging current

Hi,

I would like to expand my current installation and have a few issues with that.
My current installation:

  • 3x MP-II 48/3000
  • MPPT 150/100
  • 12 x 450 Wp panels
  • 3x Pylontech US3000
  • Cerbo GX

I would like to expnad the installation by this:

  • 4x 450 Wp panels
  • MPPT 150/45
  • 6x 450 Wp panels
  • MPPT 150/60
  • Pylontech US5000

The thing I don’t understand well is that now the pynlontech batteries have Charging/discharging current 3x37 = 111 A and the MPPT provide max 100 A, so everything is ok now.
When I expand the installation, I would have MPPTs with max total current of 205 A and the batteries with “only” 196 A charge/discharged current.
Since I have the Grid feed-in on, because I’m sharing the surplus PV energy with my brother and parents, the DVCC charging limit is ignored according to manual. I don’t understand why that is? Why is it ignored?

I still expect that the system will never reach the max current of 205 A since the panels will be oriented in different directions:

  • MPPT 150/100 - 12 panels - SW (25°)
  • MPPT 150/60 - 6 panels - SW (5°)
  • MPPT 150/45 - 4 panels - SE (30°)

What do you think? Is it ok? I don’t want to buy another battery (since they are a bit expensive) and I don’t really need them.

Thanks,
Jakub
