ESS assistant: What are the correct settings for PV on AcOut with Pylontech battery?

When starting the ESS assistant, after selecting PV inverter on AcOut, there is a setting regarding the restart voltage. Default is 40 V.

I did change this to 49 V, since this is somewhere in the middle between the minimum voltage at 46 V and the maximum voltage at 53 V of the Pylontech US2000C battery.
Is this a sensible choice?

I ask this, because I could not find any hint in the documentation or the community as to what the recommended setting is.

Thanks for your help!

Have you reviewed this doc:

Restart is 48V for the inverter.

Thanks a lot for the answer!

In fact, I did read the mentioned document.
I presume you are referring to this chapter:

It was not obvious to me, that this value also is to be used in the setup of the ESS assistant (which has no “inverter tab”) here:

Perhaps this could be clarified in the documentation.

Cheers!

The one mentioned in the battery chart is low voltage restart, whereas this is for over voltage, so that is likely too low.
Float being 51V and the recommended restart being below that.

So, my chosen 49 V would be OK then?

Indeed, could go a bit higher if required. It really is for particular problem which hopefully is quite rare. Start conservatively; easy enough to adjust.
