When trying to migrate VRM history from a CCGX to a new Cerbo GX, I get error message:
“Something went wrong. Please try again later (1512)”
Can anyone suggest a cause/fix for this error?

I get the same error 1512 when trying to move a VRM installation to a new GX device.
I am an administrator for both installations (source and destination), so I am blocked
Thanks for reporting, I will escalate it.
Hi all, this is fixed! Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi Jarco,
Thanks for your quick response, but I tried again just now and I got the same error message.
After the error message disappears, I have a blank window with circular arrow “processing” icon. How long should I wait before force-closing the window?
Hi Jarco,
I have the same problem when transferring VRM history from Miltiplus II GX to a Cerbo GX MK2.
After the transfer, error 1512 is shown in red.
Please provide a solution.
Thanks S. Saat
Hi,
same problem moving from Cebo GX mk1 (c0619ab19c9f) to Cerbo GX mk2 (c0619ab6bb3f).
Is there a solution on the user side available or does this need intervention on the back end?
Thanks,
G.
Hmm, seems it’s indeed still not fixed. We’ll look into a solution and update this thread once it’s live!
Hi all, we’ve fixed this just now for real!
I confirm that it is working fine for my installations now.
Thanks Jarco, and to your colleagues on the VRM team.
Can confirm, thanks a lot!
Regards
Thank you, Jarco
