New Firmware update 3.54 fails

This morning i found new firmware for the Cerbo GX version 3.54. I’ve previously updated to version 3.53 without any issue. When it starts writing to the device, at 40% it stops errors out saying i don’t have he correct access level. I checked my access level and im still listed as user installer. When i bring up the Remote Console, it also gives a generic error. It also seems to be stuck installing ver 3.54 in th R.C

I have rebooted the Cerbo GX. I also cant find any info on this version. I’m in the US if that matters.

Thank you.

Hi @CraigC,

With your permission we can attempt the update from our end to see if we can reproduce the issue.

Are the release notes published somewhere?

As always at Victron Professional (free account needed).

I found it -I already had an account but am pretty new so I was not sure where to look. Thanks Matthias

Absolutely. You need me to do anything?

No, I was able to reproduce the issue for your site and will escalate it internally now to see if we can find out what is going wrong and fix it.

Thats awesome! Thank you.

A post was split to a new topic: Cerbo GX frozen after firmware update

Mine never locked up, can you reboot the system manually?

They duplicated the problem on my system, probability take a little time to fix.

Hi @CraigC
The team reported when they checked your system it was already up to date, so there was nothing more for them to do. Did you happen to change anything since our last post?

Did you find a solution for this?
I have 5 systems that are failing with the same error code
