Hello @Barbara , I tried changing my email address from the VRM profile settings page, after entering the new email address twice and entering the old password as required, and clicking on save, nothing happens, old email persists, no error as well, please how can you assist with this? Thank you

What are you trying to do here exactly?
Is this in app or browser (if so what browser)?
And does the new email address a registered VRM account?

I am trying to change my existing email address registered to my account from one to another ; I have tried on chrome and safari browsers and on my mobile as well to no avail
The new email isn’t registered to any VRM account
If you not bothered with old email remaining, try inviting u new email with admin rights
You can delete the first account. But only do that after you have handed over or added admin rights.
I personally have two vrm accounts. One for work one for my own stuff seitch beyween logins as needed.
I have not tried changing email as you have from in a logged in account but i do see a form opens up when you do edit the email there.

I would expect that you get an email to the new address to verify it.
Yes I did Matthias, including junk , nothing in any folder
Yes I have two as well like you : however the work email is what I want to change , which is tied to a team account : don’t want to jinx that , last time had a lot of back n forth to sort teams when i accidentally closed a team profile. the main admin of the team is in a bad network remote area to add the new email to the team, if I could just change the email address from my profile , all is sorted easily .
