The virtual battery’s power is assigned to the AC loads

Hello,

I have defined 2 virtual batteries in an installation. The problem is that the charging and discharging power of the virtual batteries is added to the AC loads. However, the AC load is limited to >= 0. This is not the case with the battery connected via BMS-CAN.

This means the AC loads no longer show the calculated AC load.
In the example, the two batteries are charging at 11.91 kW and 11.83 kW, respectively. These power levels are included in the AC load. The actual consumption load is only around 2.5 kW.

How can this behaviour be changed? The virtual batteries should behave in the same way as the battery connected via BMS-CAN.

Thanks for your support.

Why is your virtual battery voltage 580V?

Your main system is clearly LV. Is it part of this system or from something else?

These are two GoodWe systems, each rated at 50 kW/112 kWh. They use HV batteries. The main system consists of 6*15 kWh LV GOBEL batteries.

We expanded the system because we couldn’t store enough PV energy.

I can see two what seems to be fronius AC PV and some DC pv. But the system has no clue about the goodwe part and what it is generating?

I think possibly the figures aren’t making sense because system is trying to guess where the power is coming from.

Maybe you will need to add a virtual pc inverter that basically is the total charge power?
Just guessing as I don’t know the full details of your system and it is not a simple one.

These are the devices in the system.

GW = GoodWe

GW112.6-BAT-AC-10_links and GW112.6-BAT-AC-10_rechts are the two virtual batteries.

GW50k-ET-10_links and GW50k-ET-10_rechts are the two virtual inverters. They used to be FRONIUS, perhaps that’s why the F is still there.

MQTT_EV_ST1 and MQTT_EV_ST2 are two charging stations integrated as virtual EVCS → mr-manuel → venus-os_dbus-mqtt-ev-charger

The rest are physically present.

That should be correct as it is.
