Very odd as it is working on mine.
I how we have set up the charging is to bump up the min soc stepping up during various hours during the day so we can end with a full battery. It may be better to do that rather than have 20% min soc then one other setting saying you always want 100%. It is a bit conflicting.
? Are you wanting official support from Victron?
This is the correct way…. Is to reach your installer first. Or the local dealer who supplied you. Otherwise…. There is an official support page.
