Convert lead acid system to Lifepo4

Hi

I have today a lead acid services batteries in my boat I want to change gradually to LIFEPO4

I have 8 batteries 6-volt Trojan L16HAC so 4x6+4X6 = 24 volts, it gives me 22,5 nominal kilowatts so 6,7 useful kilowatts

I have a Victron Centaur 24/60 that can’t be used with Lifepo4, so I need to change, and I want a Charger/inverter, but one that I can start using with the actual batteries and in future with the lifepo4, so first question which one?

As well I have an alternator dedicated to the services batteries with 140amperes, so I need an external regulator that can be used with lead acid and after with LIFEPO4, second question witch one?

Thus, my aim is to put all needed system to a lifepo4 batteries but continue using my batteries that are new till the end of their life, when I will switch.

Telling this any other advice? Is this way that can be done?

Thanks in advance.

For alternator regulation check VRC-200 - I like it as no change to alternator was required on stock Mitsubushi alternator on Volvo D2-55F. It has fine control (external charge enable), but does not participate on CAN network.

I have replaced shore charger with MultiPlus Compact 12/1600VA, I think there are also 24V models. My config is presented here

I have a wakespeed WS500 ready to install, integrates well with Victron GX device via VE Can. Hopefully get it installed later this month. It will be used with lead acid until next year when I plan on a lithium install, straightforward programming from an Android phone via USB, new version has Bluetooth and should also work on iPhones.
