If you are completely new to this, then start with reading Victron’s energy unlimited and Wiring unlimited. These will give examples of standard systems.
With the pylontech battery: you will need more than one to supply the peak current for the inverter. however one will work with limited loads.

The next step would be to draw out a schematic of your system, if you post that, it may be possible to see where you are heading, and what has been missed.

The VictronConnect app can be used for programming the MPPT.
For programming the Multiplus use either of the options below, detailed instructions in the links.
- A smartphone using the VictronConnect app with a Mk3 USB interface between the phone and the Multiplus.
- A PC/laptop using the VE Configure program with a Mk3 USB interface between the PC/laptop and the Multiplus. I am not sure if VictronConnect on a PC/laptop can work like this or not.
- A PC/laptop using the VE Configure program through a GX device if you have one connected to the Multiplus and the internet. This is VE Remote Configure.
