Cerbo Not showing up in VRM

I am experiencing a issue with a Cerbo GX showing up in my VRM.
I am the admin of the account.
The Cerbo is showing connected to the VRM portal from its user interface.

When we add the device, it says administrator will be notified, but we do not receive an email to approve (not in SPAM either)

Any suggestions on what to do next?

This isn’t uncommon when buying from online users. While you are the VRM admin, it would appear the cerbo was previously registered by someone else.
