After the last firmware update (3.60) WiFi no longer worked. Reinserted dongle, no fix. Read another post and reverted to firmware 3.55.
Now it will not boot at all, stuck on entry blue screen. Pulled power for 4 minutes and reinserted power - no fix. Stuck with no boot.
@AC7880 Looks like you may have to do a factory rest as per the manual. Have you tried to reboot wiithout anything connected to it?
I tried rebooting with nothing connected. I have not tired a factory reset but will.
I ordered a replacement from Amazon as I believe this one is fried. So far my solar (and possibly inverter) keeping the batteries charged up. We are on shore power.

Follow up. Just tried factory reset. Still stuck on blue screen after power cycle.
Thank you for the update. A real shame. Maybe the last firmware update was just too much for it as mine definitely were pushed to the edge beyond 3.55 and something probably just gave in as a result.
I bought a replacement CGX on Amazon. I was hesitant to use Amazon but it worked out fine.
