Color Control GX Display Rebooting Continually

Have a Color Controller GX with

1 - BMV-712,

1 - 12/3000Multi Plus.

2 - SmartSolar 70/30

VE bus connects the Multiplus to the CCGX

VE Direct connects BMV-712 to CCGX

Each smart solar connect to a VE Direct to USB which combine in a hub and are connected to one USB port on the CCGX.

Color controller is malfunctioning for a week now and constantly rebooting. Furthermore CCGX will not display solar charging information. CCGX also reported false notifications that the 12/3000 multiplus battery temperature warnings; the 12/3000 has been shut off over this time.

I seem to think the CCGX needs to replaced? It is 6 years old now.

Very possible it needs to be replaced. Has it been updated recently? If you unplug the hub does it help?

Thanks, I unplugged the cables from the from the

1 - BMV-712,

1 - 12/3000Multi Plus.

2 - SmartSolar 70/30

Reconnected the cables and forced a reboot. Same issues reported as before. The firmware for the CCGX has not been updated for at least several years. I have gone ahead and ordered a replacement CCGX

I got a similar issue today after a DESS assistant install on my CCGX with 12V2000W Multiplus with “new” 12V 300Ah LFP-battery and 50W lamp, change of battery dont help

Totally firmware-updates before installing ESS
Now crippled with continuing warnings about Low Voltage and closing down and wake up for 1-2mins
No reboot helps
I got out a huge .csv from CCGX but how to read it??
