Having an issue updating CCGX firmware. I can only update up to V2.11. Anything above that and the unit goes into a power-up/reset loop. I have tried online update, SD card updates (both types). Any advice greatly appreciated.

I assume your other updates you have been using the newest versions?
Ive tried multiple versions from 2.12 all the way up to 3.42. None will load up or function correctly.
And there aren’t any errors? Interesting.
Can i assume you are out of warranty?
No errors. Some firmware upgrade versions appear to load up, but when it reboots, it just shows its still at 2.11. Some versions just lockup on the Victron Blue screen.
I have submitted a ticket, but still waiting for a response from the distributor..
