Long time Victron user, first time poster.
My cerbo-GX has stopped reporting to the online portal.
It has been working well for last two years, but stopped working about 3 weeks ago.
Was running firmware that was about a year old (sorry didnt record old version). Have since updated to the latest (v3.54)
Have a connection to the internet via Ethernet, (and used it check for and download the latest firmware).
I can see the Cerbo saving messages, it shows a blank “–” for last connection time. It shows “no error” under connection error.
Thought the SIM in my modem might have been dodgy. but have replaced that as well as putting the Cerbo on a local Wifi network, neither a confirmed working wifi connection or Ethernet connection solves the problem.
Have tried the local dealer but they don’t answer phone or email.
Have already tried power cycling, can anyone suggest next steps?
