Cerbo-GX stopped communicating

My Cerbox GX stopped communicating with my VRM, remote console, bluetooth, and ethernet 10 days ago. Plus, the orange light is blinking and no bluetooth light. I was told to install the latest SW because my version is 2.56, but I can’t communicate with it at all. Any help with this?

You can try pulling the power on it, wait a minute and then boot it.
Sometimes this helps.

Failing that, I would suggest you grab the manual and check the reset procedure.
Use the SD/USB to re-flash it with the latest GX code, and try again.

Thanks Nick. I already tried pulling the power and rebooting it. How do you re-flash from the USB stick when there is no communication? Do you just put the USB stick into the Cerbox-GX and reboot it by pulling the power?
