CERBO GX not working

Dear colleagues, I have a problem:

My cerbo GX on boat not working! ( Device list: with ekrano GX + qattro + BMV-702 )

  • In cerbo flash (blink) only orange lamp (Wi-Fi disconnect ed)
  • Display not switch-on
  • I dont see the device in my Wi-Fi
  • I dont see the device in victron connect

What i do:

  • Restart Cerbo with power (power = 13,2V)
  • Switch-off (wittout power) 30 min - no result
  • Powered without (all connections) - no result
  • Restart with special button (short push " active wi-fi" / long push “reset”)

What else can i do? (Maybe try reload FW or OC…)

Do you have a cerbo with a screen or an all-in-one Ekrano?

Thanks, I thought about it…, but how I update system if display not working…I have to select firmware update in the settings menu…
I don’t think the firmware will boot automatically from USB/flash, but I’ll try.
I think I have a problem at the BIOS or OS level.

The procedure involves downloading a full image to an sd card, using a different machine i.e.laptop. The SD card is then inserted into the Cerbo, which is then powered up. The Cerbo boot program detects the firmware on the sd card, then loads that image from the card. There are other posts that cover this procedure.

@ILYA_KLD It is documented in the manual. Also, make sure the usb to power the screen from the port next to the hdmi port as older unit had problem. If the cerbo broadcasts a hotspot, you can log into it and this again is documented. A blank screen does not suggest a faulty cerbo as it could be the screen. Try powering the screen from another usb source to be sure.
