CerboGX not responding

My cerbo GX not working ,

Work great until last night ,

Rest of system working great - multipus, BMV , MPPT

Using it on 12v , the input is ok , but no lights in the cerbo

I read ther is internal fuse, where is located?

Any suggestions to solve the issue?

@dan100 The Cerbo should have been fitted with an external inline fuse, which GX devices / Cerbos are supplied with.

Please measure the voltage at the input terminals.

I have external fuse , all good with it

Did you measure 12V (8-70vV) on the input terminals?

That kind of 12V power supply did you use?

12v in the same place, same as was before

If you measure 12V at the pins and nothing happens, it seams that the cerbo gx is broken. Polarity is correct?

If you are operating the Cerbo with an external 12 V power supply rather than direct from a battery, I would recommend replacing the power supply again to test it. It is possible that the external power supply is defective rather than the Cerbo. I have encountered this exact situation before.
