No power on Cerbo GX

I connected 12V power to it and nothing happens.

I am dumbfounded as to what i could do.
Any troubleshooting help would be great!

Did you check the polarity and the inline fuse?

Yes, i checked inline fuse.
Using multimeter, i read 13V at the end of cable

Polarity is positive on the right pin and ground on the left pin.

Not sure what PSU you are using but is it holding up under load? Maybe check the voltage while plugged into the GX.

I am using a LiFePO4 battery at 300AH capacity, fully charged at 100%
I checked using a multimeter the voltage at the battery to ve 13.2V and
the voltage at the end of the Cerbo GX cable to be 13.2V.

My expectation is the Cerbo GX should power up and I should see some
of the LEDs on it blinking. But i see no response whatsoever.

Make a full check.of the wiring is all good. Occasionally the small glass fuse does not make good contact in the holder, check this is all OK.

A voltmeter test without any load can be misleading as the voltmeter draws very little current. If there is a poor connection with high redistance the voltmeter can still show full voltage. However, once you try to draw a current the voltage collapses as the poor contact limits current flow. You need to check the voltage under load, so either when the cable is in the Cerbo or consider seeing if you can light up a 5W - 10W light bulb.

PSU = Power supply unit.
If that’s the case I would sound like it’s toast.

I took put the fuse and connected the ends of fuse holder directly. Still shows 13V from the batteries at the end of the power cable.

I think you should contact the dealer from whom you bought the Cerbo about a repair or replacement.

Thank you, i will do so
