Hello After moving my solar MPPT, Multiplus, batteries, and Cerbo system, the Cerbo no longer powers on, even though everything had been working perfectly for three years. The wiring is fine. It hasn’t been bumped or dropped, the fuse in the wire is good, the voltage is 53VDC, no LEDs are lit, and there’s no noise except for a small click/clack when the plug is connected. I checked the voltage directly on the circuit board, so the connections are good. I tested it with 12VDC (same problem), without the internal battery (same problem), and after a cold restart following a night’s rest (same problem). I disconnected all the communication ports (USB, CAN, VE bus) (same problem). I opened the casing and inspected the circuit boards, but there are no apparent signs of burning or short circuits. Do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting, or is it simply unlucky to have failed? Thank you.

Hello, I don’t have it under eyes but it’s include in the range HQ2201xxxxx up and including HQ2220xxxx that can have problem in 48v supply following this document
Do you think it’s my problem ? If yes what can I do? Is it cover by warranty?
