Wife unplugged the 12v feed to Cerbo GX to reboot it.
I’m pretty sure she plugged it back into the relay ports rather than power in port.
I’ve plugged it back in correctly but no power. Checked fuse.
Any advice gratefully received.
The pin pitch for the relay port is different than the power port.
Also the size of the relay pins are bigger than the ones of the power port.
See below.
So, probably, just one of the power connector “holes” was inserted in one of the relay pins.
With enough force, maybe the power pin was damaged and/or enlarged so when correctly inserted now in the power port it will make no contact.
Just verify carefully the power connector for any connector damage.
Just adding to Alex’s response above, the output from the relays is not connected to the internal electronics so even if you shorted a relay by connecting to the normally closed contacts and damaged it, the damage should be limited to the relay. If you did short through a relay the fuse should have blown or other wiring problems. Check you have 12V at the connector with a multimeter.
