My online VRM stopped communicating with the Cerbo. On the app under Device List it shows Cerbo offline. How do I get it back online? I did a reboot from the console in the RV but no change.
The usual reason is it has lost connection to your router or your router has lost connection to the internet. Reboot the router, check to see what the wifi or Ethernet connection pages say on the Cerbo GX.
From the app I Clicked the gear icon on my Cerbo and found the network settings and hooked to my Starlink. I realized that the system had been connected to the installer’s network and thus disconnected once we left.
