How do I get my Cerbo back online? if went offline several days ago for no reason.
Try connect to the remote console locally or via it’s built-in wifi AP (all in the manual), or pull the power, wait a bit, then insert it again.
Mine went off line also, within 3 weeks of owning it. The device is in a different country hence the reason for having it so a reboot is impossible until we visit again. It sounds like these devices arent reliable on WIFI, hopefully Victron will address this issue. Shame, such a great feature otherwise.
There is a reboot on no contact option built in but you have to activate it. So i guess it will have to wait until you get back again.
I haven’t had reliability issues with cerbos except on one site which has a fairly weak connection due to distance to the router.
