Cerbo GX - network cable unplugged

Tried rebooting, different cable, different router - stopped connecting to LAN.

What to do?

Tried reboot (power cycling) ?

Yes. And firmware upgrade too.

Started suddenly, out of the blue?
Or is consistent with some other events?

No, the rest of the functions work ok (via Wifi).

No, I’ve asked if the wired connection has stopped to work at a certain point in time, coinciding or not with other events…

When you connect a cable, the corresponding port on your router is showing a connection or not? Led on the RJ45 port is lighting?

Is the Ethernet section showing something or just Unplugged as in the picture below?

Do both lights work or just one?

Manual.

No lights on the router when connect RJ45
Status: Unplugged

Then, if on the same port of the router, with the same cable other network connected device - a laptop or similar - will work, you have a problem with the Cerbo Ethernet interface…
You may submit a warranty request…

How do I do it? It was purchased from a Spanish dealer on Ebay. My boat is in Croatia now.

Unless you have a damaged cable the cerbo port has a problem.
I was not referring to ports on the router but the port on the cerbo itself. There are two that should be on that port.
Try with a different cable.
If that changes nothing then send the cerbo in for an RMA/warranty at your nearest centre, it does not matter where it was purchased from.

Like Alexandra said, you only need to have the device serial number to apply for a warranty on Victron site.
And that you’ll take from the VRM portal, on Device List, Gateway, Serial Number.

Hmm, I cannot afford to send it and wait for a month - how do I monitor the system?

Not much i can do there.
If using ESS that wont work either with no gX.
As an installer my services include service exchange if ever there is a breakdown. But i am not your installer …
You other option is to use WiFi and forget about ethernet.
