Trying to connect our cerbo to the internet via Ethernet cable I know the lan outlet is live, the cerbo tells me it unplugged there is something I’ve missed but can’t find the answer
Normal the cerbo gets it IP address via DHCP.
Could you post a screenshot of the cerbos Ethernet menu here?
Did you check the cable?

The cable is fine haven’t found a Ethernet menu, WiFi has one.

You are indeed correct however when I go to Ethernet all I get is UNPLUGGED and can go no further. Trying to integrate my internet system I sometimes use the same port for TV so i know it’s live.

Are you sure that you plugged the cable in the correct port?
The Cerbo GX has 7 RJ45 ports but only one is for Ethernet.
