Bluetooth interface dead after failed firmware update Phoenix 24/3000

Hi,

I connected to my Phoenix Inverter via bluetooth using the VictronConnect Android app. I started a firmware update. The update got stuck for a very long time then I belive an error message appeared (this was a year ago, can’t remember the details).

After that the VictronConnect app was never able to detect the Phoenix.

Recently I bought a VE.direct to USB cable (official) and used that to connect my the VictronConnect android app to the Phoenix inverter. I then did a firmware update, which appeared to succeed.

Unfortunately the Phoenix inverter is still not detected over bluetooth, either by VictronConnect or by orndinary Android bluetooth device scan.

How should I proceed?

Thanks for any help.

Hey, I’ve asked support to look into this and get back to you Matthijs

Hi @felixwatts

The only thing that you can try is to disconnect the inverter from the battery until all LEDs are off and then for another 2 minutes. If the inverter still does not show up in VictronConnect after this, then it unfortunately sounds like a hardware problem. In that case, please contact the seller to have it replaced under warranty.

With kind regards,
