Phoenix 12/500 doesn't work

Hello,
The phoenix inverter12/500 stopped working after 3 years. Red and green diodes blink alternatively.
Is this one dead or is there a way to reboot it?

Hi Mathias, this alternative blinking doesn’t exist in the toolkit. So i am still in the dark

That LED flash sequence is in the Toolkit. “Calibration or Parameter Error. Solution: Update the firmware to the latest version. If the problem persists, contact your distributor.”

I will also note, please try turning the unit “On” as well, to see if any change in behavior is noted. Eco mode is great, but depending on how it was set up, can result in behavior that, while within the programmed parameters, is not always what a human would think to expect.

You’ll need either a VE.Direct Bluetooth Dongle to use with your phone or a VE.Direct USB Interface to use with your computer, then update using the VictronConnect app
