Bluetooth Permanently lost from Phoenix 24/3000 Inverter after initial FW update

Hi all
After installing my new Phoenix 24/3000 Inverter, the bluetooth link came up on my Android App and I was asked to update my firmware (FW). This got to 95% and failed. The Bluetooth link went down so a continued FW date was not possible. I then connected my VE.Direct Smart cable to Bluetooth and correctly completed the FW update to version 1.36. The Bluetooth was still inactive. I followed the recommended unpairing of the phone, tried an independent IPad using VictronConnect, disconnected the battery to the inverter (leaving it for an hour to discharge any capacitors), and all attempts to reset the bluetooth failed.
I then contacted the suppliers who sent me a screenshot of the VictronConnect SW showing the Product Info Bluetooth on/off toggle. With my USB to VE.Direct Cable connected, my version of VictronConnect did not have this Bluetooth toggle switch.
The agents then sent me the factor FW file phoenix_inverter_A2A2_v01.36.dup which I successful manually updated to.
There is still no bluetooth visible.
ANY experience or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!!!

Try rolling the firmware back to the previous version - your distributor should be able to send you the file.

Thank you I’ll try that and revert

I have rolled back to two previous versions and tried reset to defaults with no success.
The fact that the Victron literature describes this Bluetooth failure, with convoluted solution suggestions, indicates they have got a weak point in the structure and firmware. This is disappointing. I’ll disconnect the system and take it back to the local distributors.
