Problem with Blue Smart Charger 12/15 IP22

I have a problem with a Blue Smart Charger 12/15 IP22. The problem has occurred spontaneously a few days ago. So far everything has worked perfectly.

When I now connect to shore power, the BSC does nothing at all. I do not see any LEDs on the device. When I then look in the Victron Connect app, I see it appear in the device list, but a little later it disappears again and then comes back. And so on. It seems like a kind of boot loop. I cannot connect via Bluetooth. I have already followed the troubleshooting guide in the manual, including removing the BT connection on the phone.

When I try to reset the pin code, I see all the LEDs briefly light up red and then nothing happens anymore.

I am now starting to think that the device has died. Any suggestions that I could try? I am currently on the road with the camper, so this is not really a good time.

Having the exact same issue. Charger is barely five months old. Have you had any success with a fix or RMA?
