Bluetooth connexion impossible?

Hi all,

I’m having trouble connecting to my new SmartSolar MPPT 150/60-MC4 via Bluetooth.

The PIN code is not popping up / showing.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try to find the device with smartphones Bluetooth search

Can you please be more precise?
Model? How old? What OS?

On some (older) phones you need to pull down the notification bar.

Can you add some screenshots or a screen recording showing what happens (or not).

A service report can also help to identify the problem.

Did you go through the troubleshooting in the VictronConnect manual?
