Mes batteries Pylontech n’alimentent plus mes charges essentielles et autres .Elles sont pleines à 100%. J’ai besoin d’un logiciel appelé ”Battery View” pour compiler les données et les transmettre à la société Pylontech (qui a vendu ce produit garanti à mon revendeur DEXERGIE). Je n’arrive pas à le trouver c’est un fichier Zippé … Pourriez vous me dire comment je peux l’obtenir.

There are a few other diy forums who have the utility on them. Be careful though, many an end user have messed up their batteries with it.
Second if they have comms with the victron GX then you can actually see enough information to diagnose what the basic problem is.
