Hi there. I have a problem configuring a Multiplus-II 5kva after updating the firmware to V556. If i add ESS assistant it gives me this error (see picture attached) when i try to upload the file for configuration. It also gives me error 6 error DDC Program. If i delete the assistant and upload the file, the system seems to be working fine. Anyone facing the same issue?
Looks like you try to upload a config file that you manually downloaded before the firmware update.
Did you follow the update instructions step by step?
During the update the settings are downloaded and you need to open that file.
You can try to download the current settings, open that file with VE.config change the settings, save it and upload that file.
