AC Meter Invisible on Device List

Hello Everyone,

I have a problem regarding the AC meter being invisible on the device list, even though the dashboard is showing AC Loads and Consumption.

How to correct this fault.

Is it a fault, i mean, do you have a grid meter installed? Whats the make and model?

The overview shows the inverter is in island operation, so i guess the grid is down?

The dashboard shows AC loads because the loads are supplied by the inverter

No I don’t have grid installed, it is an off-grid installation.
My problem is that the AC meter is not showing at all in the device list, and it’s the victron’s energy meter ET340.

If the ET340 is not powered, you will not find it in the device list.

The AC load measurement is performed by the Multi instead.

It is powered, cabling is as shown in the manual and the screen also shows the consumption from the AC (L1, L2 and L3).
So I am not sure what is the problem here exactly

So you are measuring the ACout, or what exactly is the ET340s job?

Yep exactly, AC Meter Power and Forward Energy.
In the advanced page these widgets should be visible (the screenshot is from another installation) but in this case nothing appears since the AC Meter itself is not visible on VRM.

Did you change its role to load instead of grid?

Yes I did
