AC-In in visable in VRM, , but missing in VRM Installation data

I’ve got a strange issue. See attached screendump.

Today I used power from the grid. This is visable on the top left (see the arrow).
But why is my “From Grid” still 0 Kwh?

Hardware: (old) Multiplus 24/3000/70 and Cerbo
System settings in Cerbo: see second screendump

Hope someone can give me a clue how to solve this!

I think you are lacking a grid meter to get the data.

Thanks for your response, and I understand that the missing number in the topleft corner of VRM (the one with the arrow) make you conclude this.

But there was AC-in during this period. see the red graph below the missing number in the topleft corner of VRM (with the arrow). Only when the screendump was taken, there was no AC-In.

The installation is only using grid when there is a AC-consumption of > 500W, the SoC is <50% or when in the weekly raised absorption fase.) And that last one yesterday, using more than 3 hours long a AC-in load of >500W. See screendump below.

So grid is metered, but why isn’t it showing under installation data?

I’m not sure, this is mine I have a grid meter I have 2 phases and you can see what they are doing. You have a dash. There is something configured incorrectly that maybe someone can see. Do you have a grid meter?

I attached a new screendump, showing grid is measured (top left, no more dash, but 456W), but is still not showing in the installation data below.

NB: There is no grid meter, other than the one build in the Multiplus.

Yeah not sure. What battery are you charging that voltage is very high? Maybe someone can answer I have only used ESS with grid meter. I dont know if there could be a L1 L2 L3 grid selection that could be incorrect.

Have you been able to solve this issue?

Geert

No, too bad I haven’t.

I solved my 0 to grid issue today. It seems that the VRM needs a PV solar measurement (instead of a grid meter). So I have set-up the energy meter on the solar side on the output of the Multiplus. Then measure the grid by the Multiplus. Then also check if the position of the PV is set to the output of the Multiplus. Now all seems to be ok. Maybe that helps you?
