2748558.vff Help

I received 2 24v quattro with last Victron order one is 508 firmware other is 558 firmware. I need 2748558 firmware to get them to match and pair together. Please Help…

VictronConnect includes the firmware files or you can download the files on Victron Professional.

You also need a Mk3 to connect to the inverters to update the firmware..

Yea i update firmware all the time ut only 556 is available to download and one has 558 and says it can not be lower than 558

I need 2748558 and I don’t see that anywhere

Did you update one with the vrm?
You could (disconnect the 558 one) connect the other one to the vrm with the same GX update it then go back to programming it with the MK3 locally

These were new out of box straight from victron in my last order. I looked through vrm on my personal system with same inverters 556 is the up to date version avaliable.

Ok. But the same recovery method is available. 558 is available through a vrm firmware update.

You do know you cant pair a 2656 chip and a 2748 chip?

They are not compatible even if they both have 558 on them.
