Again I got inverters with firmware unreleased. I need 2715563…
2715562 is out there but a inverter with 563 can not go to 562. There is a 564 s98 but ac input will not work with that firmware…
Why is victron doing this…
I can see 563 on vrm maybe try updating them remotely as standalone while this is sorted?
Victron connect (latest or beta) should also have it.
I have raised this on the internal group.
Don’t use the S-firmware if you don’t know what they are for!
It is model specific some models are 556 some are 558…
I got 2 quattros in same dleivery 3 weeks ago one with 558 one with 552…the 558 couldn’t go down and 558 wasn’t released…
Now these multi will let u lower the firmware but it bricks it where it will do nothing…
This is sooooooooo frustrating…

Victron shouldn’t be shipping inverters with 563 firmware that doesn’t exist anywhere out there for the installer to get…
I would love to put 563 back on, can someone please give me it since it must exist and must be approved if they are shipping inverters out the door with it…
That’s right but installing a “random” FW isn’t the solution.
Nick already informed Victron but it’s weekend so it might take until Monday to get feedback.
I appreciate it…its just the customer needed to be on the road this morning…
So I’m at the point of putting in to Quattros in their place and eating the additional cost which sucks but i can’t make them sit til Monday or tuesday…
