Im setting up a split phase system in remote Alaska using two Multiplus 12/3000.
Unit 1: HQ2543 Firmware 556 Chip = 2702508 (updated to 556)
Unit 2: HQ2604 Firmware 557 Chip = 2702557 (cant do anything with it)
Issue is:
I can not find 557 in Victron Professional to update unit 1
Unit 2 will not allow me to roll back to an older firmware (556)
Im stuck at a dead end of getting both the units on the same firmware (556 or 557), so I can not get them to operate.
Tried updating firmware of unit 1 to 557 via Victron connect but the program says that 556 is the newest version.
Is it at all possible that the micro processor id (2702 is actually not correct??)
Does anyone have firmware 557 for 2702 saved???
Can anyone advise?
