i have MultiPlus WHITE 24/3000/70-50 on a boat, but some one update my 1910125 firmware to 2600400, and now don’t work e-plex system with multiplus
on the site of victron this firmware don’t present
We bought other MultiPlus Blue Power devices, but they don’t load our settings, or rather, they load, but the system e-plex doesn’t work with it

You need physical access to do the update.
Updating from 19… to 26… is not possible, that are different hardware versions and the software is not compatible.
2600… would be a 12/3000/120-50.
Where do you see the 2600?
E-plex and Victron seems to be a very old cooperation, the documents I can find are more than 15 years old.
It’s highly possible that newer HW isn’t compatible anymore.
As a side note, wow… How clean is that inverter inside after so many years…
You took much care of it and/or kept it in an ideal environment.
What is the serial number of this system?
I repaired the e-plex system on this boat, blocks 366 and 407, as well as the blocks responsible for monitoring the inverters, when I was invited to deal with the inverters, one of them already had a higher firmware version, and I also purchased new inverters. The question is more about the availability of the same firmware version as the one on the inverter, and it seems that it is being flashed using a programmer, as it has an extension “HEX” that is not used in victron’s firmware.
