i have MultiPlus WHITE 24/3000/70-50 on a boat, but some one update my 1910125 firmware to 2600400, and now don’t work e-plex system with multiplus
on the site of victron this firmware don’t present
We bought other MultiPlus Blue Power devices, but they don’t load our settings, or rather, they load, but the system e-plex doesn’t work with it

You need physical access to do the update.
Updating from 19… to 26… is not possible, that are different hardware versions and the software is not compatible.
2600… would be a 12/3000/120-50.
Where do you see the 2600?
E-plex and Victron seems to be a very old cooperation, the documents I can find are more than 15 years old.
It’s highly possible that newer HW isn’t compatible anymore.
As a side note, wow… How clean is that inverter inside after so many years…
You took much care of it and/or kept it in an ideal environment.
What is the serial number of this system?
I repaired the e-plex system on this boat, blocks 366 and 407, as well as the blocks responsible for monitoring the inverters, when I was invited to deal with the inverters, one of them already had a higher firmware version, and I also purchased new inverters. The question is more about the availability of the same firmware version as the one on the inverter, and it seems that it is being flashed using a programmer, as it has an extension “HEX” that is not used in victron’s firmware.

I understand that this firmware is either an e-plex development or a joint development. The question is how to find this firmware.

I was able to fix one of them, but when I tried to update the firmware on the other one, a non-standard message appeared for a second, and I was unable to connect or update the firmware. Is there a way to restore the bootloader on the chip to restore the update?

Why do you want the 125? The last FW is 159 or 209.
You won’t get from Victron the hex file, as for that generation of microcontroller the firmware is not encrypted for intellectual property protection.
The IP protection is solely based on security bits that can be set on that microcontroller.
Anyone with the firmware can duplicate the hardware and make a working copy…
This even if the HW is so oooold and all IP is already known as the patent for that HW topology expired about 15 years ago, IIRC…
